The most common complaint from a customer when registering a return is about the process of finding an order number in your email inbox. This is how most of the return portals work today because of its simplicity and since it is a well known way of handling the login without having to register an account.
At Droppa, we believe that the customer experience for the entire journey will impact the customer feeling about your brand, even when it is down to third parties as return management or even shipping. In order to help out, we have added the possibility to log in with a google account, see all your orders in a list, pick the one you are looking for and move on from there. This creates a more seamless experience for the customer but more importantly is the first step to what comes next. Stay tuned!
